Real-Time Performance
The data logger connects to onboard devices by cable or wireless communication, samples data at scheduled intervals, processes it locally, and uploads it to the monitoring center.

The buoy body uses a 3 m steel structure with a sealed electrical control compartment. It is designed for corrosion resistance, UV resistance, freeze-crack resistance, and long-term station keeping.

Intelligent electrical and data system
The buoy electrical system integrates five core subsystems:

The data logger manages scheduled wake-up, self-checking, data acquisition, data storage, encoding, sensor commissioning, power management, and two-way communication.
This allows the buoy to operate in a low-power automatic cycle while maintaining remote data transmission and intelligent control.
Power and communication design
The buoy uses a solar-based power supply system with battery storage and charge/discharge control. The charge controller helps prevent over-discharge, overcharge, abnormal voltage, and abnormal current conditions.
Communication options include:

- Signal enhancement options
- Redundant data backhaul to shore-based monitoring center
